UPDATE 10-8-25:

More details have been brought to light by Baltimore County Police, saying this stabbing was domestic-related.

The 32-year-old woman who was stabbed by her husband requested the 48-year-old man, who is a mental health clinician, to help her husband, who was experiencing a crisis at the time.

After the husband retreated into the house, a tactical team would make entry several hours later.

In the home, they would later find the suspect with a self-inflicted laceration.

He was later taken to an area hospital, where he is in critical condition.

Both the 32-year-old woman and 48-year-old man are in stable condition at area hospitals.
